Ocala Future Leaders Academy

The City of Ocala is offering the Ocala Future Leaders Academy program again this summer for 25 students. Students must live in the Ocala City limits.  Please keep this in mind refer to the attached map for reference. The feedback we have received from previous attendees has been very positive. • Students 16-19 years old living in the Ocala city limits

• Program held June 9, 2025 through August 1, 2025  (20-25 hours/week)

• Application deadline April 11, 2025, 5:00 pm through the City of Ocala employment website

• Qualified applicants will be interviewed via Zoom in May 2025

• Eligible for a free SunTran bus pass

• Students will attend personal and professional growth seminars and be paired with a mentor

• $16.06/hour for the entire program
